I am back at it again with uploading instructor interviews on this channel, but these are completely different than the interviews with Ana Caban, Valerie Bertinelli, and Christopher Ross Lane. This time around, I have decided to upload all three interviews with Rodney Yee, Suzanne Deason, and Patricia Walden on the Living Arts: The All Day Yoga Workout DVD. Rodney and Suzanne will appear again on my new Total Body Yoga Workout DVD (also from Living Arts) but the interviews from there will be different because they describe the inspiration that they used to design the Upper Body, Abs, and Lower Body yoga workouts.
