Panama Grocery Haul | How Much Did I Spend? Is It Cheaper Than The USA?

Come grocery shopping with me in Panama! 🇵🇦🛒 Today I'm taking you along for a REAL grocery-shopping day here in Panama. I stopped at three different stores because each one has something I like: 🛒 Price Smart — where I do most of my bulk shopping 🛒 Extra Market — one of the stores I find to be more affordable 🥩 Riba Smith — where I usually buy our meat because I really like the freshness I'm showing you ALL of my groceries, the prices, and my grand total so you can see exactly what I spent. After grocery shopping, I came home and did my normal meat prep — cleaning and seasoning everything, then putting it into freezer bags. This makes cooking during the week so much easier because I can simply pull out what I want to eat. And because I was completely exhausted after all that grocery shopping and meal prep... hubby and I decided to have a little date night! We headed over to Bocas City, a cute little Caribbean food truck just a few minutes from our home in Brisas del Golf. Our driver actually recommended it to us, and we decided to give it a try. The evening was beautiful — cool weather, a nice breeze, good food, and quality time with hubby. ❤️ So this vlog is a little bit of everything: grocery shopping, prices in Panama, food prep, everyday life, and a Caribbean date night!
