Strengthening Resilience: Caritas Germany Visits Project Communities in Adamawa State

We were pleased to welcome a delegation from Caritas international, our partner and donor supporting the Multisectoral Resilience Strengthening Project, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), on a field visit to project communities in Michika and Hong Local Government Areas of Adamawa State. During the visit, the delegation engaged with farmers at greenhouse and wheat farms, commissioned motorized solar-powered boreholes, and interacted with members of Savings and Internal Lending Communities (SILC), nutrition groups, and beneficiaries of psychosocial support services. The team also paid courtesy visits to the Royal Highnesses of the two Local Government Areas, whose continued support plays a vital role in strengthening community ownership and ensuring the sustainability of project interventions. These visits reaffirm our partnership, promote transparency, and reflect our shared commitment to building resilient communities and restoring hope for vulnerable families.
