I Rescued a Ruined LV Speedy Into My Own Hermes Kelly

This ruined LV Speedy was slouchy and worn, so I rescued it into my own Kelly-inspired bag I call Stephanie, after Grace Kelly's daughter. Same beautiful material, completely new shape inspired by an entirely different luxury house, Hermes. I show you the full rescue from taking apart and cleaning, to cutting my own pattern, adding structure, a mustard thrifted lining, hardware, and the hardest part, the handle.
