The BEST Space Marine Characters?! Who comes out on top in the new Space Marine Codex?

Captains, Lieutenants, Chaplains, Librarians, Apothecaries, Techmarines and more, all ranked. Not the epic heroes, just the standard characters that fill the slots in almost every Space Marine list. Who’s actually worth their points, and who’s just taking up space? If you want a second pair of eyes on where these fit in your own list, that’s exactly what I do over at http://tacticalrock40k.com. I’ve got a few picks I’m confident about and at least one that might ruffle some feathers. Full tier list and the reasoning behind every placement in the video.
