The important thing is to paint lots of paintings! That’s how you will grow as an artist Ultramarine Blue Pthalo Blue (green shade) Alizarin Crimson Cadmium Red Medium (Napthol Red Light) Cadmium Yellow Medium (Hansa Yellow Medium) Hansa Yellow Light Quinacridone Nickel Azo Gold Titanium White (The colors in parenthesis are alternatives you could use) Brushes: ¾” wide firm synthetic Flat #6 round soft synthetic #4 Flat bristle #2 Round bristle Small Liner or Rigger If you don't have these brushes, don't worry! You can always use what you have! Canvas: 9” x 12” stretched canvas (or whatever you have!)
