It was almost 6 o'clock, so I went down to the local Merseedays dealer... Mercedes AMG's offerings in GT2 are surprisingly solid, as while they're certainly heavy and bulky, they have 50:50 weight distributions and decent grip modifiers of 100 / 102. The C43 is the better of the two, as it weighs less and gets more power from upgrades. Maxed out with proper setup, you can get some very competitive races with the AI using it, which I've come to showcase here in the game's 'final' event, Gran Turismo World League. Overall a solid run and a clean sweep, though Rome got very sketchy as I decided to let the AI pass on lap 2 and it nearly cost me the race win. Trial Mountain is perhaps the most demanding race from a driving and tuning setup standpoint, while Rome is the most demanding due to how well the AI drives on the track. I reset for a line-up with the GT-One, which also spawned in two Viper GTSR Orecas, which was nice as it's one of the tougher opponents here. Perhaps a GT40 Race Car would have made the races even more competitive, but I didn't want to spend ages resetting for the perfect line-up.
