Pour in about 4 TBL ice water and combine until dough forms. Should be slightly dry. Fresh pumpkin Pie recipe 2 cups mashed, cooked pie pumpkin 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk 2 large eggs, beaten ¾ cup packed brown sugar 2 tsp of pumpkin spice ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg, or more to taste ½ teaspoon salt Fresh Apple Pie 6 cups thinly sliced apples 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp cinnamon dash of salt 2 TBL butter Mix all ingredients into sliced apples. I froze my filling in gallon freezer bags. When its time to bake I will prepare the pastry. Let the apples thaw a bit and pour into the prepared pasty. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
