We got engaged at a waterfall in Japan! In this Japan travel vlog, we drive from Yuza to Sendai, exploring beautiful places far beyond the usual Tokyo–Kyoto–Osaka route. We visit the magical Mototaki Waterfall, drive the scenic Chokai Blue Line, explore Mount Haguro and its ancient five-storey pagoda, and stop at some unexpected hidden gems along the way. Travelling Japan by car has been one of our favourite ways to experience the country, taking us through small towns, mountain landscapes and places we probably never would have found otherwise. And somehow, this also turned into a day full of waterfalls.
