The Lochaber Traverse/Ben Nevis - Ticks, Dehydration, and Scottish Scenery

The Lochaber Traverse is located in Fort William, Scotland. It is a point to point route that traverses 4/9 of the 4,000' peaks in Scotland as well as 8/282 of the Munros (all mountains in Scotland over 3,000'). The final peak was Ben Nevis, the highest point in the UK at 4,413'. It was 29 miles with 11,000' elevation gain starting at Spean Bridge train station and terminating at Ben Nevis Inn in Glen Nevis. I encountered ticks, sheep, dehydration, and incredible scenery along the route.
