Once the epicentre event in the global watchmaking industry calendar, up until its official demise in 2022, Baselworld was the must-attend event for the great and the good of the watch industry, and one whose history, in one form or another, spanned over 100 years since the first MuBa trade fair of 1917. As the city and the venue open their doors once again in April 2027 we take a look at the road ahead for both.
