Welcome back to my little corner of the internet 🤍 Spend a slow Sunday with us at home in Bhutan. 🇧🇹 Today was one of those simple family days — sleeping in a little, cleaning up last night’s dishes, making French toast for breakfast, preparing for a small rimdro, and cooking lunch for the family. For lunch, I made crispy karela in the air fryer, radish datshi and dhal. 🍚 My little one has also been obsessed with Baby Shark lately 🦈 and has been keeping us entertained throughout the day. We’ve also been trying to reduce screen time at home, and I’m slowly noticing some positive changes. Nothing special or fancy — just an ordinary Sunday filled with cooking, family, toddler moments and the little things that make up everyday life.
