Lincoln 10k 2026 - The Week Before the Marathon - Channel Trophy Round 3

Well after falling last week and thinking I'd not be able to run this weekend, thankfully things weren't as bad as I thought and I was able to get it done. Glad I did because what a great weekend it turned out to be. Really nice to meet Craig and Gemma of ‪@inflatablerunner‬ If you want to see if they got their PB's go check out the channel, show some love and subscribe. Of course always great to meet up with Rich and Paula of ‪@Rich_Runs‬ and if you want to see how my brother Carl did, he might just upload his race in about six months time on his channel ‪@whalesportsrunner‬ 🤣
