What If You Sped Up and Couldn't Stop?

You find a gold ring on the street. It says SNAP ME. You snap it, and your legs start speeding up. They never stop. From a 5 km/h walk to Usain Bolt, highway traffic, a diving falcon, an airliner, the sound barrier, orbit, escape velocity, the Moon, Saturn, Proxima Centauri and the whole Milky Way, all the way to 99.999999999999999999999999% of the speed of light. And still never reaching it. Every speed in this video is a real record or a real physics number: Usain Bolt 44.7 km/h · cheetah ~100 km/h · peregrine falcon dive 389 km/h · ThrustSSC 1,228 km/h · speed of sound ~1,235 km/h · Concorde 2,180 km/h · SR-71 3,530 km/h · X-15 7,274 km/h · orbit 28,400 km/h · Apollo 10 39,897 km/h · escape velocity 40,270 km/h · Voyager 1 61,000 km/h · Earth around the Sun 107,000 km/h · Parker Solar Probe 692,000 km/h. Near light speed your time slows down (time dilation) and the stars bunch up ahead of you and turn blue (relativistic aberration and Doppler shift).
