Beef Tips in Gravy

Beef Tips in Gravy 3 pounds beef tips (sometimes called Stew Meat) 1 - 10.5 ounce can Cream of Onion soup 1 - 10.5 ounce can Cream of Mushroom soup 1 - 10.5 ounce can Cream of Celery soup 1/2 tsp pepper, optional Drain any liquid from stew meat. In a large bowl, add the three cans of soup to the stew meat. Add pepper. Stir gently until soups are combined and beef tips are well coated. Spoon into a sprayed baking dish. Cover. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Serve over cooked rice, cooked noodles, or mashed potatoes. NOTE: If using a crockpot, cook on low temperature setting for seven to eight hours.
