For months I asked the same chat to think up the strategy and to build it as well. It worked until the conversation filled up, and then the decisions that cost me the most disappeared along with it.
In this video I split the work between two artificial intelligences. One thinks and writes the work order, with its acceptance criteria. The other one, Claude Code, builds it. And between them, text files that outlive any chat.
You see the whole thing, for real. A plan before any code is touched, one line per decision in the decisions file, the acceptance criterion turned into a test, a review done by something that cannot edit anything, and a commit I approve myself with the permission window in front of me. Halfway through I clear the chat and ask where we are. The context comes back from the files.
The footage comes from a fictional practice project in an isolated folder. No client, no real data and no business figures appear anywhere.
Flowara AI: one plans, one builds, a person signs.
