Artificial intelligence tools change every week. If your assistant learns from an old video instead of the official documentation, it recommends things that no longer exist, and in a business, that costs money. Every morning, my computer reads the official documentation and change notes by itself and keeps them in a local knowledge base. Every source carries a label, official or creator, and one rule decides: when they disagree, the official one wins. Then I check that rule, recorded exactly as it happened, on a practice project with made-up notes. The first answer comes from a creator note while a newer official note says the opposite. Instead of arguing, a small auditor prints which note answers each topic today. The plan comes before any code changes, the rule gets its own test, and anything more than three months old gets a visible warning in the morning summary, next to its source and date. A reviewer that cannot edit anything checks the result, and a person signs off the commit. Flowara AI: official sources win, a person signs off. 0:00 Intro 1:42 The wrong answer 3:07 Prove it, don't argue it 4:59 The rule, and who approves it 6:41 What goes out of date 8:47 The proof and the trail 11:29 What you can copy 12:12 Close
