Cogmind Beta 17.1: ASCII Hackmaxer, part 2 (lategame and endgame spoilers)

I missed out on CY-PHR's data core, but I also have an achievement to go for. This one requires me to visit Section 7. It feels like a classic flight hack run and I get way too into hackmaxing. Skim, a hack I rarely use since CY-PHR, comes back in a big way. Can I stop nerding out long enough to help Warlord triumph?
