I started learning English in 2022, not because it was easy,because it was easy, but because I saw the incredible opportunities that knowing English could create. As a non-native English speaker, my journey was not always smooth. I struggled with pronunciation, confidence, fluency, and especially with speaking with an American accent. At times, people criticized my journey because my English sounded foreign. But I decided not to give up. I kept practicing. I kept learning. I kept showing up—even when I felt uncomfortable. Today, I'm an ESL teacher and public speaker, and I can confidently say that learning English has changed my life and opened doors for me that I never imagined. In this video, I'm sharing my story because I want you to know something: you don't have to be a native English speaker to become an excellent English speaker.
