How to Actually Reverse Aging After 70: A New Approach

What if some of what feels like “aging” after 70 is not aging at all?
As we get older, biological aging, disease, and deconditioning can produce remarkably similar changes from the outside: less strength, lower endurance, slower movement, poorer balance, and everyday tasks that suddenly cost more effort.
But those processes are not the same — and that distinction matters.
In this video, we separate the parts of aging that cannot currently be reversed from the parts of age-related decline that can still respond to training, movement, nutrition, recovery, and renewed physical demand.
We look at evidence from older adults showing that muscle strength and tissue can improve, aerobic capacity can increase, insulin sensitivity and glucose handling can change, and the nervous system can become more efficient at using the capacity you already have.
Then we go deeper into human muscle research showing that some age-associated patterns of gene expression shifted toward a younger profile after resistance training — and explain why that still does NOT mean the entire human body became biologically younger.
We also examine epigenetic clocks, the first human clinical trial of partial cellular reprogramming, and the important limits of what modern science can honestly call “age reversal.”
The goal is not to pretend that a 75-year-old body can become 40 again.
The real question is: which parts of your decline are still capable of responding?
