VILLA PARK REDEVELOPMENT – Incredible Pace of Work! | 26 September 2026

Villa Park is changing fast. Filmed on Saturday, 26 September 2026, this aerial construction update gives us a close look at the incredible level of activity currently taking place around the North Stand at Villa Park. What immediately stands out is the intensity of the work. Dozens of construction workers can be seen across the site, with excavators, heavy machinery and construction vehicles operating in several different areas at the same time. And remember — this was a Saturday morning. From the air, we can see just how large the redevelopment site has become and how many different sections are being worked on simultaneously. Rather than activity being concentrated in one small area, work appears to be progressing across much of the site surrounding the North Stand. Towards the end of the video, I also compare the current construction site with aerial footage I recorded on 7 September 2026. That's just 19 days earlier — and the amount of progress already visible is impressive. This video will also give us an important reference point for future visits. As construction continues, we'll be able to return to the same areas and see exactly how quickly Villa Park is transforming.
