Starting from San Francisco, drive north along US-101 and CA-1, enjoying the stunning coastal scenery. Continue along US-199 N and I-5 S to OR-140, then take OR-62 E to Crater Lake National Park. Stay overnight at hotels in Garberville, CA 95542; Crescent City, CA 95531; Fort Klamath, OR 97626, and Klamath Falls, OR 97603. For the return journey, drive south along US-97 to see Mt.
