Building a City Around Passenger Rail | City of Volchoria | Cities: Skylines II

Passenger rail is becoming the backbone of the City of Volchoria. 🚆🏙️ Welcome to Council Session 10 of our Cities: Skylines II series. In this session, we review the progress made during the previous Public Works session and then make several important transport and development decisions across Volchoria. South Coast ↔ Fairfield Passenger Rail We establish a new passenger rail service connecting the South Coast and Fairfield districts, giving residents a direct local train connection between the two areas. Local Bus Connections for South Coast Stations The South Coast railway stations are connected with local bus routes, helping neighborhoods reach the railway network more easily and strengthening the district’s public transport system. Fairfield ↔ Milton Passenger Rail We extend the passenger railway network again by connecting Fairfield with Milton, bringing another major district into Volchoria’s growing rail-based transport system. Zoning Begins in Milton With Milton’s road network now taking shape, we begin zoning parts of the district and preparing it for its next stage of development. Volchoria is gradually becoming the rail-centered city we planned from the beginning, with local buses feeding into railway stations and passenger trains connecting its major districts.
