We are on day 2 of boiling down sap to make our sweetener for the year here on the homestead, and we made one of our favorite recipes- sourdough donuts!
These are no knead, and only take half a day to make. A quick fry and they are done!
They were the perfect treat after working in the bush kitchen all day, and a wonderfully sweet use of our Birch Syrup!
'Til next week,
