Riga, Latvia 🇱🇻 මරු Opera experience එක 👌🏻

This was a three day trip to Riga, Latvia 🇱🇻. We tried Ryanair for the first time and it was a good experience. For half an hour we slept well through the flight and we did have enough leg space with our bags under the seat. Once we got off Riga, we bought transport ticket for the three days, 8€ for all three days around the city for buses, trams and trains. The first thing I did when we entered the hotel room was to put the beds together. The room didn’t have any towels but we went down and got them again. Overall the hotel stay was good and the breakfast wasn’t bad. The most interesting experience was the Opera. It was in the National Opera in Riga. We booked tickets a week ahead. Everyone was dressed fancy 🥰 The performance was three hours long with two 15 mins breaks in between the acts. The performance itself was not permitted to record, so we didn’t take any videos of that. We were too busy watching the brilliant performance. The crowd went crazy, from the ending of the opera till the drapes closed the audience clapped nonstop 👏🏻. It was well deserved!! We walked through the city and visited museums, churches and other attractions. The weather was perfect.
