Meathook Massacre Part 2 | Golgari Beatings | DSK Standard Ranked Bo1 | MTG Arena

Greetings and Welcome my friends! You have come over to the Shark Side! This is Meathook Massacre Part 2, the Golgari deck featuring a pair of powerful Enchantments. We have a little bit of ramp as well as targeted removals to go alongside our powerful effects. We've got a solid crew of men that are willing and able to get the job done. Let's take them down. Fun Meter Rating: 8. Golgari has got to be one of the strongest color combinations in the current Standard. Win Rate: 72%. We're still holding strong. Strong: We've been doing alright against the majority of decks, it's hard to say that we've felt like we've been out of a fight in any game. Weak: Mono Red. Deck List: 3 Cut Down 4 Caustic Bronco 3 Cathartic Parting 2 Render Inert 3 Withering Torment 3 Glissa Sunslayer 3 Meathook Massacre II 3 Kona, Rescue Beastie 4 Overlord of the Hauntwoods 3 Virtue of Persistence 2 Nissa, Ascended Animist 2 Volgavoth, Terror Eater 5 Swamp 6 Forest 4 Restless Cottage 3 Underground Mortuary 3 Cavern of Souls 4 Fabled Passage Crafting Guide for Meathook Massacre: Caustic Bronco is not only a source of card draw but he can tap Kona the turn we play it out. Craft at least 3. Glissa is a little beater with great abilities tacked on. Craft all 3. The Meathook is not a critical card even though we named the deck after it. Craft at your discretion. Kona goes hand in hand with our tiny bronco. Craft all 3. The Green Overlord is as good as advertised. Craft as many as you can. By now anyone playing Black on the regular should have at least 3 of the Black Virtue. If you don't, Craft them now. Nissa is a powerhouse card but one that can be substituted. Craft at your discretion. Voldemort is a powerful beater with Lifelink. Substitute anything else you have that's big and brutal. Craft at your discretion. Stay Safe out there! Shark 'Em All!
