Presented by Cathy Evans from SMI’s WH Bryan Mining and Geology Research Centre, this webinar will introduce you to the concept of geometallurgy, including an overview of the range of tools and techniques commonly used in geometallurgical programs. Geometallurgy must continue to evolve as a discipline in response to the challenges presented by the ores that we mine and process, and some of the new approaches to geometallurgy developed by SMI’s geomet researchers will also be discussed.
