Green Tomato "APPLE" Pie | Freezer Ready Pie Filling

While processing my last batch of green tomatoes, I noticed quite a few of the really small ones looked like apples. I was reminded of Mrs. Lori' Brown's video on making mock apple pie filling with them, and decided to give it a go. While I have no need for an actual apple pie right now, we'll at least get the filling made, bagged up, and tossed into the freezer for when I do need some. I hope you enjoy ♥ There's just so many ways to use up all that food that we grow - and I hope I give some inspiration to try something new!
