Campo Grande Just Set the Steak Standard

My aunt surprised our family with a shipment from Campo Grande and I have to say this was some of the best meat we’ve ever had. Today we cooked two of the cuts: the Wagyu ribeye and the aged Vaca Vieja steak. The flavor and tenderness were on another level compared to anything we normally buy. Honestly, it was so good we never even made it to the dining table. My wife, my son, and I started slicing pieces at the chopping board and just kept grabbing bites. Before we knew it we were standing there eating dinner right at the board because we couldn’t stop going back for more. And I have to be honest… we were smacking our gums like crazy. My wife NEVER smacks when she eats, but this steak had us all doing it. It was just that good. If the rest of the cuts are anything like the Wagyu ribeye and the Vaca Vieja, we’re in for a serious treat. Easy 10/10 from our family. Highly recommend Campo Grande if you want to try something special.
