Arrival and Entry Logistics Reaching Gujarat Bhawan is convenient as it is located in Chanakyapuri. The nearest metro station is Lok Kalyan Marg (Gate No. 2), from which you can take a 2 km auto ride. If you are driving, car parking is available in the road lane outside the building. Unlike some other Bhawans, an official ID was not required for entry during our visit. We simply registered our name and phone number at the entrance, though it is always wise to carry an Aadhaar Card just in case. 2. Thali Options and Pricing The canteen operates on an unlimited thali concept, where you can get refills of Roti, Rice, and Dal. There are two main options: Normal Thali- ₹210 Special Thali- ₹240 The Special Thali includes an extra sweet dish such as Aam Ras during summer and a Kachori. 3. The Dining Experience The ambiance is welcoming, with a beautiful outdoor waiting area for guests when the indoor canteen is full. One of the highlights is the courteous staff, who serve food directly at your table with great care. The rotis are thin, soft, and topped with ghee, giving a true "ghar jaisa swad" experience. We even concluded our meal with a traditional Paan.
