Day 7/100. 🔒 One full week DOWN. Seven days isn't 100 days. But it's seven pieces of evidence that I can keep a promise to myself. This first week of The Great Lock-In has already taught me something I wasn't expecting: maybe this journey isn't only about becoming a better version of myself. Maybe part of it is remembering who I've already been. The woman who did 5Ks. The woman who tried new things. The woman who made things happen. She's still in here.
