Another Diesel Substitution at Penrith and Carlisle 05 09 26

Yes - another charter originally advertised as steam-hauled, then handed over to diesel because of the ban imposed because of the heat wave and associated fire risk. The ban has been lifted but the operators apparently had insufficient notice to enable them to muster a steam engine for the working. Ah well - it was a fine day and gave me the opportunity to film away from the Border City.
