Beautiful Beaches and Some Very Strange Roads | Riding Around Royan

Join me on my Honda Forza 350 for a relaxed ride along the coastline towards Royan in the Charente-Maritime, SW France. We go along the quiet roads of Les Monards and Barzan and go past Talmont-sur-Gironde then visit the beaches around Meschers-sur-Gironde, and continue along tthe beaches of St Georges de Didonne and finally Royan. Some of the scenery is beautiful, some of the roads are decidedly strange—and one driver’s overtake across the double white lines brings my commentary to a very abrupt halt.
