Winchester - The Best Modern Tiki Cocktail and it uses gin!

The Winchester is Brian Miller's take on a modern tropic or tiki cocktail but switches up the rum classic Zombie to a very gin forward, potent punch! This mixes up just as many gins as the original uses rums and makes for a refreshing, but strong, cocktail. If you love gin and want to it more in on the tiki fun, this is the drink for you! Ingredients: -¾ oz Grapefruit juice -¾ oz Lime juice -1 dash Angostura bitters -½ oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur -½ oz Ginger syrup -½ oz Grenadine -1 oz Tanqueray London Dry gin -1 oz Hayman's Old Tom gin -1 oz Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength gin This is one of those truly surprising drinks I wasn't sure how I'd feel about given my lack of love for elderflower liqueur, but it's great and you should try it too!
