Puerto Rican Swizzle - Trader Vic’s deep pick

This gem hidden in Trader Vic's cocktail book deserves a bit more attention. With 3 ounces of Puerto Rican rum, this swizzle really brings some good, lighter flavours sure to please on a hot summer's day! I wouldn't go for this expecting a Jamaican Planter's Punch but a softer, gentler version. I used Ron del Barrilito 3 star and definitely recommend a rum with some proof over 80, you'll want the extra power to cut through. 3oz Puerto Rican Rum (kinda essential) 1oz Lime Juice 1TSP Fine Sugar 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters Lots of Ice!
