Bayonet Golf Club

I've often been curious about this course near Monterey, CA. Thank goodness Sage came along with another one of his beauties. While you don't see much of the Pacific, the visuals are nonetheless amazing to me. There are elevation changes, some pretty interesting rough, and enough trees to give you headaches when you miss your mark. Missing half the fairways, I struggled through the first nine at +1 while trying to figure out the rough, especially greenside. I finally found some footing late in the round with three birdies on the last four holes and ended up with a three-under 69.
