Today, I’m taking you along for a simple day in my life living alone in Vietnam. I started my morning by going to a local market to buy some food for myself, but the streets were heavily flooded as floodwaters and the rising tide brought more water into the area. Getting around was difficult, and even the market was surrounded by water. I watched local vendors continue working and serving customers despite the difficult conditions. After finishing my shopping, I returned to my small rental room and continued with my everyday life. I cleaned the floor, packed an order for a customer, and prepared a simple dinner for myself. Nothing about this day was extraordinary, but sometimes the simplest moments tell the most honest stories.
