Brandon is a retired U.S. military veteran, professionally trained chef and entrepreneur from Jackson, Mississippi. After starting his culinary career as a dishwasher, he worked his way through restaurant kitchens, earned an MBA in International Business and eventually took his experience overseas. Today, he is the founder of Culture Thailand, an upscale Southern American and soul food restaurant with locations in Bangkok and Pattaya. Together, the restaurants employ approximately 70 people and introduce customers from around the world to authentic African-American cuisine.
