Implementation hearings | 28 October 2026 (morning session)

Day 13 of the Scottish COVID-19 Inquiry's implementation hearings. During these hearings the Inquiry will examine how strategic decisions related to the pandemic were translated into operational delivery, and the extent to which implementation informed, supported or influenced strategic decision making.
