A trip up to the Lake District to do the Loweswater fells, two hikes in one day. Buttermere valley must be my favourite area in the whole of the Lake District - stunning views in every direction. Could see into Scotland and over to the Isle of Man from all the summits. 5 new Wainwright summits ticked off, started at 630am and it was already 22oC, by the time it got to 11am it was a sweltering 32oC.
