Gurmanska, or Gurman Pljeskavica roughly translates to "Gourmet Burger". In some areas of Macedonia it is sometimes referred to as "Hunters Burger". And there is no doubt why, as this burger steak is stuffed with cheese and bacon. Not to mention its hearty size! Best cooked on a grill for ultimate smoky taste. Serve with your favourite side salads or roasted potatoes and be prepared for your taste buds to go on overload! Kashkaval Cheese, cut in small cubes 1 heaping Tbsp. paprika 1-2 tsps. hot red chili flakes 2-3 tsps. Vegeta or Dafinka 2-3 tsps. granulated garlic Salt and pepper to taste 2 Tbsps. beer (optional)
