Massed Pipes & Drums parade stops to enjoy a wee dram before 177th Tomintoul Highland Games

True Scottish hospitality as the massed Pipes & Drums parade, led by Drum Major Ian Esson, stops for a wee dram of Whisky during parade through Tomintoul, the highest village in the Highlands, on route to start the 177th Tomintoul Highland Games in Scotland. The Whisky was from The Whisky Castle and Highland Market, one of the sponsors of the games. Bands included Ballater and District Pipe Band and Huntly and District Pipe Band, with Drum Majors Bert Summers, Derek Dean and Roland Stewart.
