Bathukamma Celebrations 2026 – Townsville, Australia 🇦🇺

The colours, culture and traditions of Telangana came alive in Townsville as the Telugu Association of North Queensland (TANQ) brought the beautiful festival of Bathukamma to the local community. From vibrant floral Bathukammas and traditional celebrations to music, dance and the coming together of families, it was a wonderful celebration of Telangana's rich culture and heritage. This celebration is more than a festival — it's about keeping our traditions alive, bringing generations together and sharing our culture with the wider Australian community. ❤️ 📍 Location: Townsville, Queensland, Australia 🤝 Organised by: Telugu Association of North Queensland (TANQ) If you enjoyed the celebrations, please LIKE, SHARE and SUBSCRIBE to help showcase our Telugu culture to a wider audience around the world.
