A beautiful Spring afternoon Railfanning at Bound Brook, NJ. 4/24/25

The popular New Jersey rail hotspot of Bound Brook was a great place to spend a warm 78 degree afternoon. We see action on all lines. We see NJT trains with their boring and homely ALP45DP locomotives as well as CSX. NS, and Conrail Shared Assets trains. Quite a few EMD’s were seen. Some great catches were a CSX empty coal train and the NS #4000 DC to AC locomotive unit with its flashy blue blazer scheme. All in all a very pleasant and entertaining afternoon was spent here
