Pennington Flash Parkrun: 13/07/2024

A slow parkrun compared to normal. I normally do a faster pace parkrun and then a long run on Sunday, but this week it's the Euros final, so I decided to do the long, slow run on Saturday. I didn't want to lose a parkrun credit, so I incorporated it into my run! Pennington Flash is quite a tough course. Uneven surfaces, muddy, puddles, narrow paths, undulating; but it has very nice views and is a really pretty place to run. Again, I've not not much in terms of editing. I'll hopefully improve at that and make some nicer videos!
