Pennington Flash Parkrun 03/02/2024

I ran Pennington Flash today. I finish 9th and got 21:36. Last time I ran this event was in 2022. Thanks for watching and welcome to new and old subscribers. I would like to thank the volunteers cheering us on. It was an awesome event. I think I slipped during the run, it was a really muddy run. I just said to my wife "I had a mud bath", she disagrees. I decided to cycle from Bolton to Pennington Flash which took me an hour and then an hour back. I recommend cycling to events for anyone who wants a challenge. Peel Park next week, if cancelled I’ll run Clerance.
