Approximately 151 homes built between 1963 and 1966, with 2 built in the early 1920s, 2 built in the 80s, and 1 built in the early 2000s. They’re mostly single homes with single car garages, with two homes that are two stories, one of which was the house built in the 2000s. Sizes range from 960sq.ft. to around 1,500sq.ft. with some larger homes that have undergone additions. Lot sizes between 6,000sq.ft. and 12,500sq.ft. with an average of about 6,615sq.ft.
