Soft, golden yeast rolls don’t need fancy ingredients or a big budget. This recipe uses basic pantry staples and simple steps, so even if you’re new to baking or working around limited mobility, you can pull off a batch that tastes like it took way more effort than it did. Recipe: Ingredients: 1/2cup warm water (100-108) 1/2cuo warm milk(100-108) 3-4 tablespoons of sugar 1/4 cup vegetable oil +1 tablespoon 3 +/- cups of all purpose flour(depending on humidity) 1/2-1 teaspoon of salt Knead dough on floured surface for 5-7 minutes, until elastic. Place in a bowl, cover with clean towel, sit in warm area of your kitchen for 1 hour “Punch” the dough, to release excess gas Recover and allow to sit an additional 30 minutes. Turn dough out onto bench and roll into a log(roughly 12”) Cut into 12 equal pieces and roll into a dough ball. Place each dough ball into an oiled 9x13 pan, cover and allow to rise for around 45 minutes, until doubled in size. Place rolls in a preheated 375 degree oven and bake for 16-18 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before handling, enjoy!
