I visited a legendary street food stall in Jelutong that has been serving their famous Salted Fish Fried Rice for decades. Their fried rice is packed with smoky wok hei, rich savory flavor, and a strong salted fish aroma that makes it incredibly addictive.
Besides their signature Salted Fish Fried Rice, they also serve Char Kway Teow, Singapore Mee, and Mee Jawa. However, the Salted Fish Fried Rice remains their most popular dish and the main reason many locals keep coming back. If you want an even richer flavor, you can also add Bak Kut Ong. And for those who don’t like salted fish, you can request it without the salted fish as well.
They operate from afternoon until night, making this spot a popular choice for both locals and visitors looking for authentic Penang street food
