NAGALAND: WE FOUND A HOME IN THE HILLS ❤️ | Vlog 23

This journey started from Numaligarh, We had no idea how memorable the days ahead were going to become. From Numaligarh, we continued our journey towards Nagaland, crossing beautiful roads, hills and breathtaking landscapes. What started as a simple road trip slowly turned into something much more meaningful. We reached a beautiful Naga village, where a local family welcomed us with incredible warmth and hospitality. We stayed at their home, explored the surroundings, set up our tent, experienced the village life, and even got to taste traditional food, including Akhuni. Then came 31st December—the final evening of 2025. We joined the family and their relatives for their New Year celebration, sat around the fireplace, shared conversations, food and laughter, and experienced how the community welcomed the last evening of the year. And on 1st January 2026, we started the new year by exploring the hills of Nagaland. We travelled through beautiful landscapes, visited a memorial, and finally found a beautiful spot in the hills for a picnic with the family. This wasn't just a road trip. It was about meeting people, experiencing a different culture, sharing food, discovering new places, and finding warmth far away from home.
